This is a plain-language summary of how A.P.E.X handles your data. It reflects how the platform actually operates. For questions, contact us through any channel listed at the bottom of this page.

1. Information we collect

2. How we use it

We use your information to operate the Service: to authenticate you, generate prompts and analyses, enforce plan quotas, provide coaching and courses, and keep the platform secure. Content you submit is processed to produce the output you request.

3. Third-party processing

To provide core features, A.P.E.X sends the content you submit to trusted infrastructure and AI providers, including Anthropic (the AI models that power generation and analysis), Supabase (database and account storage), Vercel (application hosting), and Google (optional Sign-In). These providers process data on our behalf to deliver the Service.

4. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your private briefs or uploads to publicly train our own models. We do not share your account data with advertisers.

5. Data retention

We keep account and usage data for as long as your account is active. Some feature data is retained on a rolling window described in-app (for example, coaching history is kept on a rolling recent-days basis). You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed, sessions are protected with signed tokens, and access to stored data is restricted to server-side systems. Connections are served over HTTPS. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

7. Cookies and local storage

A.P.E.X uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in and to remember interface preferences. We use privacy-respecting performance measurement to keep the app fast. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

8. Your choices

You can update your profile in the app, sign out to clear your local session, and contact us to access or delete your data. If you signed in with Google, you can revoke access from your Google account settings.
