Terms of Service

This is a plain-language summary of the terms governing use of A.P.E.X. It reflects how the platform actually operates. For questions or the definitive terms for your account, contact us through any channel listed at the bottom of this page.

1. What A.P.E.X is

A.P.E.X ("the Service"), operated by Ulan®, is a software platform that generates text prompts for third-party AI image and video generation engines. The Service writes prompts and provides related creator tools — quality analysis, content strategy, coaching and courses. A.P.E.X does not itself generate images or video, and it is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a reseller of the third-party engines it produces prompts for.

2. Accounts

You may create an account with an email and password or with Google Sign-In. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, generations and billing

The Free plan lets you explore the platform. Paid plans (Creator, Studio, Production) add monthly generation and analyzer quotas.
Plans are activated manually by our team — there is no automated checkout on the Service. To upgrade, contact us and we will enable your plan.
Generation quotas are consumed as described in the app (for example, larger multi-scene outputs consume more than a single-scene prompt). Quotas reset monthly.
Quotas are a measure of usage, not a guarantee of any specific output quality from a third-party engine.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create prompts or content that is unlawful, infringing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or intended to harass or deceive. You agree not to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, and not to resell or automate access in a way that abuses the platform.

5. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the briefs you submit and the prompts A.P.E.X generates for you. You are responsible for how you use those prompts, and for complying with the terms of whichever third-party engine you use them with. Any images or videos you create with those engines are subject to that engine's terms, not ours.

6. Availability

We work to keep the Service reliable but provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Features may change, and access may be interrupted for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Generation depends on third-party AI providers whose availability we do not control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ulan® is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or for results produced by third-party engines from prompts generated by the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or the Service over time; material changes will be reflected on this page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
